    If you want to return the product, please send us an email within 14 days of receipt of the product (based on the delivery date on the tracking record (if applicable)) to request a return.


    We accept returns of products shipped by us, as well as defective products due to our errors (such as wrong products or low-quality products). The item must be returned with the proof of purchase.

    Refund (if applicable)

    After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the return. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.
    If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the credit line will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
    Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
    Refund is overdue or missing (if any)

    How should I take care of my sunglasses?

While a few mild soaps don't harm lenses, today's extra strength soaps are powerful enough to slowly disintegrate lens coatings. Glass cleaners especially are highly corrosive and can damage your lenses quickly. They are not designed for use on the non-glass lens materials used in sunglasses.
